Renewable energy and environmental heating systems, combining underfloor heating, ground sourced (geothermal) heat-pumps, solar panels and combination tanks are designed and installed by John Murphy.

          John will design, coordinate and install underfloor heating on it’s own or a complete environmental heating system. With the whole heating system and controls designed and managed by one trades person, one can ensure the system is effectively integrated and designed to give the maximum efficiency. 

A renewable energy heating system is an investment for the future: by saving you money on fuel costs your initial investment will be recouped many times over the lifetime of the system.  

New regulations came into effect in June 2008 requiring properties to be 40% more energy efficient and produce less C0² than they did in 2005. Property owners must now also provide a BER Certificate (Building Energy Rating) when they rent or sell the property.
