Finished in 2010 this 288 m ² concrete build has 4 zones: Under floor heating upstairs and downstairs, Domestic hot water and a towel rail circuit. The zones are fed from an 800 litre tank in tank combination tank which is supplied by a 15Kw ground sourced heat pump using a horizontal collector array.

plant room which contains all the main components of the heating system and is centrally located giving excellent access to all zones and controls
